1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NetShare, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted for personal, non-exclusive use of NetShare services and materials. This license does not transfer ownership rights.

  • No unauthorized copy, republication, or redistribution of protected materials.
  • No reverse engineering or decompilation except where law permits.
  • No removal of legal notices or proprietary identifiers.

3. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a specific purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitations

NetShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of business, data, or profit.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Platform content may include technical or typographical errors. Materials may be updated at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, software, and service materials remain the property of NetShare or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service in unlawful, abusive, or harmful ways.

  • Unauthorized scraping, intrusion, or bypassing security controls.
  • Malware delivery, credential attacks, or harmful automation.
  • Any traffic behavior violating law or third-party rights.
Important: misuse may lead to immediate account restriction, suspension, or legal escalation.

8. Node Capacity & Earning Terms

8.1 Node Capacity Purchase

Capacity tiers represent service access licenses, not investment products.

8.2 Earnings Disclaimer

Earnings vary with demand, node stability, geography, IP quality, and market conditions. No fixed return is guaranteed.

8.3 Earning Weight Multiplier

Weight multipliers adjust your share of eligible network revenue but do not guarantee payout levels.

9. Enterprise Traffic Terms

9.1 Traffic Packages

Enterprise customers must use traffic for lawful and authorized purposes only.

9.2 Acceptable Use

  • Advertising verification and fraud analysis.
  • Market research and compliance-friendly data collection.
  • Application testing and geo-coverage validation.

9.3 Unacceptable Use

  • Unauthorized system access or account takeover attempts.
  • Phishing, malware campaigns, or rights-infringing operations.
  • Fraud, illicit gambling, or illegal distribution activities.

10. Account Termination

NetShare may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms, with or without notice based on severity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NetShare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to service use.

12. Modifications to Terms

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where NetShare operates.
